Aims/Objectives/Audience
The aim of this document is to present the generic principles and guidelines of risk assessment (RA) conducted by
the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA) as a key tool for the implementation of the Specific Control and
Inspection Programmes (SCIPs) agreed end of December 2018 and for the strategic planning of Joint Deployment
Plans (JDPs).
